This recently renovated 1388 square- foot gulf front unit offers open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen with breathtaking views from the 360 square- foot balcony.This unit provides a play pen for your convenience. Our two bedroom accommodations include a master suite with King bed, guest bedroom with Queen bed, and one pull out sofa bed in the living area. The T.V.'s have been updated to "SMART T.V.'s"; there is also high speed wireless internet throughout the entire building.

Unit comes with beach chairs included! :)

  We had 3 generations that enjoyed a wonderful family vacation week. We enjoy how convenient the beach, pool and hot tub are all close for kids and adults. We loved our beach time. We also used the grills located by the pool and had the best beach view at sunset for family dinner. The condo unit is convenient to dining, entertainment and kids activities. Our balcony was big enough to spend most of our daylight hours out there. We talked about it being a big part of the living space with the absolute best view. This is our 2nd trip here and we will be back... didn’t want to leave!

  We enjoyed our stay in 0703. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen equipment for all our needs. Spectacular view although we do not prefer the shutters by the table and in the bedroom since we prefer the view. The quest bathroom had a leaking bathtub spout. We called the running water noise and leaking faucet in to management and they sent someone up to look at it that afternoon. A part was ordered and it was fixed on our last night in the condo. Guess that couldn't be helped and they did fix it, so its leak free for next guests. Overall a lovely condo experience.

  We love Gulf Crest, these condo’s are the best. We have stayed 5 different years in various unit’s. Never have been disappointed as the units are wide, not long and narrow like most other condos. And the location is away from all the congested traffic of pier park. This gives you so much room to enjoy with your family. And the oversized balcony is amazing. This unit is so well decorated and had everything we needed down to games to play, extra kitchen staples even pineapple willie cups. Beds were comfy, even had a stand up fan kids can use for their bunks. You can’t go wrong with this 7th floor unit, which was perfect for watching manatees, stingray’s, dolphins and the most beautiful sunsets. Thank you Gulf Crest for another wonderful vacation. Oh and I loved online check in!!! Saved so much time. And lastly the management company answered all our questions promptly.

  We loved everything about our condo 703. Upon opening the door your greeted with a very calming eye appealing decor. The living area furniture was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and not over done and bed were ver comfortable. We loved the layout as it was a very workable design and having the washer and dryer in the nice large laundry room was so convenient.

  Overall a good stay. Views are fantastic. A little noisy during the day from all the kids in the pool. Hot tubs nice but only chance to get in was late evening as there were a lot of kids normally in them during the day. Staff no immediately responsive with early question but since it was the holidays, understandable. Few folks were wearing masks in public areas including elevators, mainly just the older (50+) people. Would stay again but only during off season when there wouldn't be so many kids.

  We have rented this unit for the Ironman weekend before and really loved it. It has a fantastic balcony, is clean and up to date. We have found that the building is usually very quiet, but this weekend the thumping from the bar across the street was louder - not a huge issue. This would affect the entire building. What was atypical was the teen party in the unit above us that cranked up at 10:30. I think they were playing some video game and music really loud. We try an sleep early and wake up very early (4:30) for the Ironman triathlon. I called to have security ask them to keep it down. I called again 45 minutes later - the service said they could not reach any security. There were 10 kids on the balcony so I told them to knock it off. They did around midnight when they all seemed to leave so maybe they were kids of the owner (?). I would estimate there were 25 in the unit - no "adults". I managed a few hours sleep. Other than that, it was perfect again. If I do the race again, we will probably rent the same unit.

  This is a beautiful condo, it was nicely decorated. Unit was very clean and well kept. We loved the location we have always stayed on higher floors but, have decided we like the seventh floor much better. I realize many book their condos through various agencies but you will NOT go wrong booking through the ladies at Gulf Crest! Customer service is the best around...hands down.
