Enjoy breathtaking views from the 40” gulf front balcony with three “sitting” areas! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat, with big screen Smart TV (your passwords and logins needed for apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pandora etc.) which flows to the dining and bunk bed areas. This two-bedroom unit includes a master bedroom with king bed, TV, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and bath with double vanity, glass enclosed walk-in shower, walk in closet, separate toilet room and designated laundry room. The guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, with connecting door to the guest bath featuring a large vanity and tub/shower combo with pocket door separation.   I’ve been a guest at the GulfCrest when it was a 2 story motel and now since it has transformed into high rise condominiums.
  There are many memories at the GulfCrest.
  This year there was an incident that was troubling. Our condo door was found unlocked and open after we had locked it only to learn that maintenance were inside our condo. We would were not made aware that maintenance had some work to complete in the condo. Imagine coming up from the beach and finding your condo door open with all of your personal belongings exposed. This was very upsetting and disappointing on behalf of the management team considering they had numerous ways to contact us and alert us to this entry. This should never had happened. Any number of things could have occurred that would have made this incident much worse.
  I would hope that this does not happen again.

  Unit 1002 is as nice and clean as the pictures depict. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We've stayed at Gulf Crest several times over the years and it has maintained its high quality in terms of building and pool maintenance, security, and beach chair/umbrella operations. The office staff is great. Every unit we've stayed in has been great, including this one. You simply cannot beat the spaciousness of the balcony and the views. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the bunk bed mattresses. The quality and comfort of those mattresses is only "ok" and don't match the quality of everything else in the unit. Overall, 1002 is extremely nice and I would rent it again!

  We love Gulf Crest! Our room was. It ready when we arrive but was shortly after. Only delayed because they were double checking the cleaning of a new staff member. Much appreciate the extra attention. The room itself was very peaceful and fully furnished. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Couch was nice and beds were soft. The TV in the living room is a smart type where you can access your apps like Disney+. Bedroom TVs are regular with local channels/cable. Balcony has nice lounge chairs and a terrific view. Will definitely remember this room for future visits!

  This was our third year at Gulf Crest, first in 502 and two in 1002. Both units are well maintained and clean. The management staff is always happy if any issues should come up.
  The view of the beautiful beach (top 3 in the country) is great from the master bedroom, the living room as well as the dining room. The balcony is one of the largest on the beach.

  Pretty awesome stay!! Beach right out the back gate...nice pools if you don't want the sand! Game room could use a little more entertainment...per my kiddos!! We did have a/c issues. The room would only get down to around 75 at night and 78 during day. Wasn't unbearable though!

  Gulf Crest Condominiums is a very beautiful place to stay. There is covered parking, a gated community so you feel safe, the grounds are kept pristine and we would watch from our balcony the pools and hot tubs being cleaned daily. The office staff was extremely kind and helpful through the entire process of booking a reservation. And when we arrived the office staff was wonderful, despite me constantly questioning them before my arrival. I laugh now but I was nervous coming from out of state. I plan on staying at Gulf Crest Condominiums each year as I come to Panama City Beach. Room 1002 is on the 10th floor, with spectacular views. The balcony is huge and so peaceful. The pictures are true to the actual condo. The master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes so that you could cook daily if you wanted to. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome. I loved everything about my stay in room 1002 at Gulf Crest Condominiums. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner of the unit is the living room furniture needs updated. It was kept very clean, but is very old and week. Sitting on it was a bit uncomfortable and it felt like it could collapse any minute. Everything else was so fabulous! I can't explain enough about how wonderful Gulf Crest Condominiums is to stay at and room 1002 was clean and so peaceful.

  This is a nice condo!! Great location and very secure with gated entrance/exit to the street and to the beach. I am happy that I packed our beach towels because there is NOT an attendant that replenishes your towels. This is a private condo so you should bring everything you may need to keep your unit clean. I had never stayed at a "private condo" so we just went up the street to Wal-mart and picked up Gain, Clorox cleaner and dishwasher detergent. I really enjoyed how private our stay was and the front desk lady was very nice. Our A/C went out after-hours so we called the after-hours maintenance and he got an A/C man from a privately owned company to come out the same night! Also the cable in one of the guest bedrooms was out and front desk lady called Comcast for us and it was repaired! On top of that we received the late check-out as we requested when we booked this unit. Checked out at 12 noon. Great service!! Nice people! Beautiful beach w/private access! Very pleased with our stay!! Hope to go back next year and stay longer!

  very is obvious that there is always work being done to keep the building looking good. the member's lounge, could use some noise deadening as it is used for get togethers for large groups
