The 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with brand new granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our newly renovated two bedroom accommodation includes a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, built in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, a brand new walk-in shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower combination.
This unit includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up.

  I love Gulf Crest. The staff in the office is wonderful!!! They can’t do enough to make you welcome and feel at home. The maintenance crew are very helpful anytime you need them. Don packed my car for me which is no part of his job I’m sure. Done to make sure guest are satisfied with there stay. Cortney is very helpful and deals with any problems that might arrive. Can’t say enough good things about Gulf Crest. Best place in all of Panama City Beach to stay!

  Our vacation was wonderful and the Unit 1204 was a great place to stay in. A couple items i would recommend for the future. 1.) Put the door code on the printout that has the gate code, pool code and wifi code. 2.) The door lock battery was low so we couldnt get in our room on Sunday for about 1 hr. During the storm. I think that waiting an hour saved enough juice for the door to open finally open after 20-30 tries. I found a security guard who then said he called maintenance. About an 1 hour after i got in the security came up and noticed i was in. I told him i thought it was the battery. During our wait we stayed at a friends place and waited in the hall. For the amount of money we are paying for the room there should be a maintenance person on call, on site within the hour or have them call the tenant. Economically having someone there 24 hours isn't the greatest but again for the amount of money we are paying there has to be a way. I did talk to Courtney in the morning on Monday and she said she was notified. 3) The procedure for leaving. The notes we have say out by 10am but i didnt see anything else. We just werent sure if we had to do something specific.

  This was our second stay at Gulf Crest Condominiums. We came back because we had such a good experience the first time. This unit was my favorite. It was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and clean. I especially liked the walk in shower in the master bedroom. Overall awesome experience!

  Loved the location, close to Walmart, restaurants and shops. Condo facility was well maintained, pools were crystal clear! Condo was very nice and roomy, well equipped with your basic needs. Only complaint was rooms smelt musty? Not sure if something has gotten wet? Everything seemed clean, just didn’t smell good. Other than that we were very pleased.

  Pros: Spacious beachfront condo, clean pools, excellent rules such as towels don't hold chairs
  Cons: still waiting on return of safety deposit (told it was mailed the week after we left and still haven't received it), room was a bit dated, carpet in room needs to be replaced- very dingy but it's beach front so I imagine carpets are hard to keep clean, furniture worn down, only three elevators and on some days it takes forever to get into and out of your room

  Renting from Gulf Crest was a great experience. The agent was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and very friendly. The unit itself was very spacious, loved the large balcony. The unit felt damp there were a couple of box fans in the closet we used in the living area. That really help.
  The unit seemed cleaned; however, the week long stay you really start seeing/paying attention to details. It really could use a good deep cleaning, the dishwasher did not work very well, the stove had duck tape on the door to hold it still worked. The bed lines could have been better quality. With all of that said I would stay here again. The complex was well maintained and the pools were very nice.
