Welcome to Paradise imagine relaxing in our spectacular gulf front condominium. Sit back and relax on the spacious balcony which overlooks the most amazing turquoise waters you have ever seen. Listen carefully. Can you hear the waves crash upon shore.

This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.

Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, built in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure.

  Management/Gulf Crest:
  Check-in was super confusing.
  We checked in on a Sunday, and the office was closed. We had no idea what we were supposed to do, but family helped us figure it out. We could never get the wifi to work.
  They have a no smoking policy, but will not reinforce it unless you threaten the police (which we had to do because unit 1506 was having a party). We had to smell cigarettes and weed our entire stay.
  
  Security harassed our family all week long. Bracelets were worn and still were constantly asked what room number, if we were guests, name on reservation.
  
  Unit 1406:
  When we walked in, we couldn't believe how beautiful the unit was. But then we looked closer. There were piles of sand all of the floor. There was a used kitchen sponge in the sink. Kitchen cabinets were in bad condition. Bathroom cabinets haven't been washed in months. In the guest room, there were stains on all the bedding. The guest bathroom had a major mold and condensation problem. The bathroom vent didn't work and was broken. The toilet had a stipped bolt in the water tank and constantly leaked. The bathtubs are fall hazards due to lack of texture on bottom of tub. The furniture on the deck is moldy.
  In all the closets and cabinets, there was so much random stuff. A butter bucket, toddler toilet stuffed with shirts, buckets of paint throughout and so much more. The curtains were also filthy.
  We attempted to clean the floors, but the vacuum was broken and the mop was pretty dirty.
  
  The unit is beautifully decorated and we loved how open it was, but it desperately needs a deep clean and maintenance. So just don't look too close and everything will be fine.
  
  *Pay attention to the different condos, some offer two chairs and an umbrella. This unit does not.

  We love coming to the Gulf Crest. The location is lovely. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the new washer/dryer and cookware this year. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. The floors could be a little cleaner. We look forward to returning each year.

  When we arrived at our Gulf Crest condominium, we identified that the previous tenant had occupied the condo unit for at least 15 months. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was unable to clean the unit in the time given for the turnaround. Upon the office recognizing the situation, they immediately took care of us and made the situation more than right. They were excellent. Thank you ladies. Looking forward to returning back in the near future.

  Short notice gave me a great deal. Condo was very clean with a spacious balcony view of the gulf. Enjoyed two large pools loved the tiki bartender she was awesome making drinks and the fact is was gated separate from the big pool with a kiddies pool so if you wanted to have a drink your little ones could play in the same area where you could watch them along with sitting and lounging area. Easy access to the beach. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend and would stay there again.

  The unit is in need of upgrades. The entertainment unit is old style and the television sits inside the unit which hinders the speakers. Both need to be replaced with more modern pieces. Too many artificial trees and plants which add to the dust factor. The outside grounds and pools are well kept and secure. Gulf Crest staff are very friendly and very helpful. We had a good time but feel it would be even better if above mentioned were addressed.

  The location is perfect for access to the beach and the nearby nightlife. Park your car and everything you need is nearby (shopping, dining, entertainment, etc.). Stay right on the beach and watch the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony. Always a pleasure!

  We absolutely loved the Gulf Crest Condominiums. The condo was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to use. The staff was friendly and common areas well maintained. The beach was amazing. I would advise you to bring your own beach chairs to avoid the rental fee. I would certainly stay again.
