This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, built in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity and brand new walk in shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our room and our stay. The only negative was that the master bedroom door lock was not working. We went and asked for it to be fixed on Monday morning and no one ever came to fox it the entire week. That was the only thing. Other than that, perfect!

  Unit 1506 is a very nice condo. They have to do a better job of dusting. The dust was a bit much and caused us to have serious allergies. Not sure why one would want carpet in their unit but it’s a sand collector.

  Our 2020 stay in Unit 1506 from 1/4 to 3/14 was very enjoyable. We had a comfortable visit including 9 nights with visitors using the quest facilities. The unit was clean and well maintained. This was our 3rd year in Unit 1506. The unit is accuately descibed.
  The GC staff was very friendly and professional including providing excellent service.
  PCB Visitors Center does an excellent job of providing visitors with a wide variety of activities. We enjoyed their Welcome, Senior Prom and Farewell dances, golf (snowbird scramble plus local courses), the beach, local restaurants (Suckems, Triple Js, Guadalajaras, Schooners, Patches,Shrimp Basket, etc.), and local theaters in PC. Plus the individual condos have activities in their owners lounges for quests like happy hours and pot lucks. Prices are very reasonable for condo rentals, eating out and socializing.
  It was a great year and we recommend GC and PCB for snowbirding especially.
  The weather was nice in January and March with February being a bit cooler, but that is typical for the FL panhandle. It still beats the cold weather up North.

  Our room was perfect! It was newly updated with new furniture, appliances and shower. Beds were comfortable. There were 8 of us in the room, 4 adults and 4 kids, and plenty of room for all of us.
  The view was spectacular every day!
  It was within walking distance to a couple nice restaurants and Emerald Falls-which the kids loved! The pools were well maintained and clean, and there was even a security guard on duty at all times!
  
  The only complaint we had was with the elevators-most of the time, one of them wasn't working and they were extremely hot inside, so we had to wait long periods of time to get on one.

  We spent about 60 days in Unit 1506 at Gulfcrest Condominiums. The unit was clean and comfortable upon arrival. The owners had upgraded the bathrooms and couchs. The facility and staff were first rate. Any problems were quickly corrected including replacing a refrigerator. We enjoyed the condo and other amenities available, See web site.

  The visit and location were good two negative things 1- the stooped they actually take your money after charging your credit card and mail you a check back , I guess this was a first. 2- the bunk bed area is too small and dangerous a child could suffocate. Elevator wait time was horrible. The property was clean and we were very comfortable.

  We had such a nice-relaxing time for the full month of October 2016 room #1506. We made reservations for same room for next year!! The view of ocean, pool, condo had everything you would ever need. beds comfortable bathroom huge washer/dryer. 1st time stayed without having to have a key to room loved it not having to keep up with another thing when going to beach/pool. Great! we got to bring our small dog for the month too!! thanks for allowing dogs. good grassy area dogs and poop bags available. ha thanks again for a great pleasant stay.
