This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and built in twin bunk beds in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure.

  We stayed in unit 1806 and it was clean, properly furnished and beautiful! It even had 3 different coffee makers: the k cup kind, and 2 basket types. That was one question I had- just in case we didn’t make it to grocery on arrival day! Speaking off- do the click list pick up at Walmart or grocery store because it’s like Black Friday shopping and was OVERWHELMING!
  
  Gulf Crest is wonderful because it’s gated, has assigned parking spots, great elevator and enough carts for move in and move out! The office staff was professional and courteous! There’s not one bad or negative thing I can say! Thanks!

  We had a wonderful stay. The people who work there are just wonderful. Courtney, Miranda, Lea, Roki and all the rest made our stay just beautiful. The condo itself was very nice, however the floors were very dirty. We tried vacuuming but the vacuum was broken. Roki came immediately and put a new belt on after my husband cleaned it two different ways. It worked better but every time we vacuumed for about the next 3 times, we had to empty it again and again. The carpeting was that dirty with everything including Christmas tree needles. The washing machine needs to be replaced. It constantly needed to be rebalanced. We had to squeeze the water out of the clothes sometimes in the bathtub and then put them in the dryer. Also, the walls had a lot of marks all over. We spent about 45 minutes-an hour cleaning off the marks. We loved the decorating and the view and the artwork on the walls. The only problem was that it was not kept up as well as I thought it should have been.

  It was a great size condo for our family and convienet to multiple things. Our room needed to have a magic eraser to all the walls. It just wasn't as clean as I'd prefer. I had a old stain on the sheets on the bed as well. The vents on the wall above the counter was really really dusty and needed cleaned. It would have been nice to have a vacuum to sweep the carpet as well. 2 of the patio chairs were ripped and weren't able to sit on them so we just used them to dry our towels. The drain in both tubs were also really slow to drain. We were all standing in water while taking a shower. The fridge was very large! Keurig was nice too!

  Lovely panoramic ocean view. Kitchen and bathrooms were disinfected and meticulously clean on arrival. Only drawback to unit is a fridge has no ice maker. Condo under "boil order" water restriction while there, so probably a good thing at the time.

  This was our first stay in 1806 but our 5th stay at Gulf Crest. This was the best unit hands down. It was very clean and smelled nice. The complimentary beach chairs were awesome. The staff was friendly as always. The building was clean and very nice looking. Although we did not use the pools they were kept looking great and I wouldn't have hesitated to jump in. Our overall experience has never been less than great. It is within walking distance to great food and fun. We will always stay at Gulf Crest and if available always stay in 1806.

  This was truly a refuge for us. After our home was destroyed due to Hurricane Michael we really did not know what we were going to do.   Love this condominium!! Extra wide condo, which is great for a family. Also, the extra large balcony is perfect. Our rental came with free beach chair rentals and our beach attendant was super nice. Took great care of us. It’s a super plus being on this end and away from all the beach traffic.   We recently stayed in Unit 1806 for a week...our first trip to PCB. We were very pleased with the condo and the facility. The condo was very clean and the layout was perfect...plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and also privacy if needed. The condo was well stocked with anything we might need(there were even beach chairs & accessories) The parking garage with assigned spots was an added bonus. Gulf Crest has a fitness room, game room and tiki bar/restaurant on the property. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions prior to our trip. The location was easy in & out and the property has it’s on security personnel. We will definitely choose Gulf Crest again!

  This was our 2nd stay at Gulf Crest. The property is very well maintained, clean and safe. Both condos that we have rented were very nice and had most everything we needed. We just purchased extra toilet paper, paper towel, detergent and some liquid hand soap. The views from the balcony are beautiful! The beach is very clean. I like the location of Gulf Crest. It is not directly on the main drag yet it is close enough to restaurants, stores, etc. We will definitely stay at Gulf Crest again!

  I rented this unit for spring break during the first week of April. I brought along my two teenage sons and three of their friends. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit.   Golf Crest Condominiums is a very nice facility with lots of amenities that all ages can enjoy. The condos are nice and spacious, however the decor and style of furniture varies based on the owner. Some of the condos need to be updated and painted but over all they are still nice and spacious. The staff is outstanding!
  The condos are located right on the beach and you are within walking distance of various resturants and entertainment.
  I highly recommend Gold Crest Condomeniums.
