WELCOME to Beach Happy! A Gulf Crest Condominium. Located on the East end of PCB. Our building is perfectly located and well-maintained. It's recently renovated and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly and will make you feel right at home. The building has 2 pools, (1 is heated) and 2 hot tubs.
This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan.
Comfortable, functional and beautifully decorated inside and out.
A large fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig and all other appliances just like home. As well as smart TV's and wireless internet.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bedand built-in twin bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, large walk in closet, double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest room has its own private bathroom.
Unit includes beach set-up with umbrella (Mar.-Oct.) as well as additional beach chairs & toys in the unit.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.

    The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The view is amazing, and I would definitely stay in 1902 again. Can't say enough about the ladies at the front desk they're extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were always clean and the hours for the pool and hot tub are great hours.
